"spare dpns"

So, they tell me to put some of my stitches on "spare dpns," as if that's something I have. I have ONE spare dpn, because I am only using four out of the set of five. I guess I should have though about that. meh. I crammed them all (it's only 46 stitches) onto one dpn. Hopefully it won't make my sleeves all wonky. I'm just going to be knitting those stitches off the dpn soon anyway. *shrug* Nothing I have in my office is an appropriate size.
